If you experience any difficulties or if you find the room(s) booked, please contact us by email in order to enable us to be of assistance. You do not need to reserve a room to check the daily room rate.
In order to make a reservation, we require a 20% deposit which can be settled by credit card or by bank transfer. If you prefer the latter, please mention this when reserving the room(s). We also have a cancellation policy of minimum 21 days prior to arrival in order to refund your deposit. Our on-line booking facility uses a 128-bit secure encription system for your security.
